A timeless dialogue between the inner and outer — The Self-Nested Body carves a full sphere of warm travertine from the outside in, revealing four concentric spiral rings that descend in ever-tightening loops toward a polished blue-grey marble sphere resting at the deepest interior point. The outer shell is whole and smooth. The inner world is infinite. A sculpture of time and existence.

Layers within layers, marking the flow of time — stand before The Self-Nested Body and follow the outer curved wall of the shell inward: it rolls into the first interior ring, which curves tighter into the second, then the third, then the fourth, until the eye arrives at the blue-grey marble sphere at the absolute centre. Each layer is a stratum of time. Each ring is a moment nested inside the next. From above the spiral rings converge like the cross-section of a nautilus shell. From the left the depth of each nested level is fully revealed. From the back the closed exterior of the sphere reads as a complete and silent world.
